On Saturday, June 28, I will offer a new 2.5-hour class “Roasting for baristas” in Geneva.
You don’t have to be a barista to attend, this class is for anyone interested in roasting!
Class will feature a cupping that includes samples with roast defects or green defects, and some straight-up delicious coffees as well.
We will cover many topics, including:
