The Airflow swallow-tail kettle is the first kettle I’ve ever used that guarantees a perfectly vertical flow, no matter how you tilt the kettle. The vertical stream is so perfect, it almost feels like a magic trick. The flow rate is more to my liking than a certain expensive, ubiquitous kettle. The best pourovers I’ve made by hand in the past few years have been with this kettle.

The 300mL kettle is elegant with high-temperature baking varnish on 304 food-grade stainless steel.

If you fill the kettle with just-boiled water, the effective pouring temperature is near a perfect 93°C.

There are cheaper kettles on the market, but I do not believe there are better kettles.
